  • Michael Rushby
  • News

When changes are made to ICAO or IATA an addendum to the regulations will be published.
It is vital that these addendum’s are incorporated into your practices regarding Dangerous Goods. Every organisation must have a process in place to receive notification of the addendum and disseminate this information to the right people in their organisation and annotate the DG Manual.
Users of the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations are required to note the attached amendments to the 59th Edition of the manual. Changes are effective 1 January 2018.
59th Edition Addendum
This includes some important revisions to the provisions relating to Lithium Batteries and Portable Electronic Devices (PED), a number of new operator variations and some corrections.
