All of our online training courses are interactive and provide an in-depth understanding of how to transport dangerous goods by all transport modes (Air, Road and Sea). All online IATA dangerous goods training for Air are approved by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and certification will be issued for successful students that pass the exam.

Our DG online training is for any employee based at a Shipper, Manufacturer, Distributor, Freight Forwarder or Carriers & Ground Handling Staff who would like to up-skill their knowledge on the transport of dangerous goods or Lithium Batteries.

Our training can be used to support an Air Road or Sea Dangerous Goods certification training or as a stand-alone training course. For those that are new to dangerous goods we would recommend starting with our Dangerous Goods Awareness training course.

LITHIUM BATTERY TRAINING COURSE ONLINE: £175:00 Access to IATA Regulations £25.00

* Online - Recommended for experienced users that hold an existing Lithium Battery Qualification or those that have completed a Dangerous Goods Awareness pre-requisite.

Our Online lithium battery training course supports learning for shipping Class 9 Lithium Batteries. It provides a CAA certification in the transporting and shipping of Lithium Batteries, including Lithium ion UN3480, UN3481, Lithium metal UN3090 and UN3091 by Air transportation. 

This in-depth Carriage of Lithium Batteries by Air training provides delegates with the skills and knowledge required to correctly pack, mark and label and prepare shipments of lithium batteries for transport by air. Giving the delegates the confidence to transfer the knowledge of the IATA regulations into their work environment.

Our Lithium Battery by Air course was the first fully approved online training for lithium batteries in the UK by the Civil Aviation Authority. It concludes with an adjudicated open book validation test. Successful candidates will receive a certification in shipping lithium batteries, valid for two years, after which they must refresh their qualification.

This training course compliments the Full IATA / CAA Dangerous Goods by Air training or as a standalone training.  It is designed to assist shippers and freight handling organisations in the correct transporting of these dangerous goods.
